Callisto Announces Retirement



MetroStars would like to announce that Rocky Callisto has called time on his playing career.


Callisto joined the club in the youth ranks in 2008 and after impressing through the U18s and Reserves, was elevated to the Senior Squad in 2012.


Callisto made his senior debut in 2012, and finishes his time playing 284 matches as the club's third highest matches played.



Callisto won the League Championship in 2012, along with the Federation Cup in the same year. He also won the Federation Cup in 2016 and 2017, while his biggest achievement came with the National NPL title in 2014.


Callisto was awarded Life Membership of MetroStars in 2020.


From all at MetroStars, we would like to thank Rocky for his outstanding service to our club over the past 15 years, and wish him and his family the best for the future.
