Ayoubi Joins A-League Club

MetroStars would like to congratulate Austin Ayoubi on signing with Adelaide United for the remainder of the 2023/34 A-League season.

MetroStars President was excited for this opportunity for Austin.

Austin was an outstanding player in the NPL during the 2023 season and we believe if given an opportunity he will be a standout in the A-League."

Austin spoke with adelaideunited.com.au about his new advenutre and his time at MetroStars.

“I’m really excited to sign with the Adelaide United and grateful to Carl and everyone at the club who have given me the opportunity first to trial and now to be part of the squad,” Ayoubi said.

“I also need to thank MetroStars who have been so good to me both while I was playing there last season and also recently in allowing me the chance to spend time training with Adelaide United.

“I know the hard work is just beginning, but I am looking forward to doing whatever I can to contribute and make an impact for the side.”
